Why do you offer preorders?
We don’t believe in overproducing. Bandwagon Threads drops are made in limited quantities based primarily on customer demand. This helps us reduce waste, avoid excess inventory, and keep each release intentional.
When you place a preorder, you reserve your item before production begins. Once the preorder window closes, we submit the order for production.
When will my order ship?
Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. Preorder items ship after the preorder window closes and production is complete.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Because production and fulfillment timelines can occasionally change, estimated dates are not guaranteed. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange a preorder item?
Preorder purchases are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except where required by law. Each item is produced specifically for the drop, so please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at bandwagonthreads@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos so we can make it right.
What sizes do you offer?
Our current collection is available in sizes S–XXL. Exact garment measurements are listed on each product page.
Our tees are designed with a relaxed streetwear fit. If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Is Bandwagon Threads affiliated with any sports teams or leagues?
No. Bandwagon Threads is an independent apparel brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any professional or collegiate sports team, league, school, or organization.
Our designs are original creative works inspired by cultural and sporting moments. We do not use official team logos, marks, or branding.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future.
